 Based on the list of the SC Magazine Awards Winners in 2006, EnCase was awarded in the "EXCELLENCE AWARDS - European Awards" category as the best security solution for financial services.
Really, EnCase is excellence solution for the Incident Response Handling and investigation, especialy in Enterprise version. There is not so much systems that gives us the possibility to handle and investigate incidents in such professional level as EnCase.
Interesting is that EnCase Enterprise is not so widespread in Europe and it seems that this SC Magazine award is the best challenge to start thinking about complex solution in Incident Response Handling area not only for financial sector.
EnCase is more known as "EnCase Forensic" version, the investigative product for law-enforcement and digital forensic experts.
EnCase Enterprise is more complex solution and, together with one of the vulnerability management system and intrusion detection system, it brings excellent and complex secirity solution. |
